Nesses caso, usam-se as "tag questions": You speak English, DON´T YOU? Gavin´s been to Brazil twice, HASN´T HE?

Nosso amigo Alagoano respondeu perfeitamente! Exemplo: Paul is American, isn't he? Paul isn't American, is he? Sue and Sam have never been to Paris, have they? Sue and Sam have been to Paris, haven't they? You were born in 1990, weren't you? You weren't born in 1990, were you? We didn't buy apples last week, did we? We bought apples last week, didn't we? Frank works at a bank, doesn't he? Frank doesn't work at a bank, does he? Cya!

He was here two weeks ago, wasn't he? You speak french, don't you? You will go to the party tonight, won't you? Muito obrigado guys

Também um singelo "right?" ia caber, aliás é ainda mais informal: "You speak French, right?" "You're gonna go to the party tonight, right?"
